The house is situated in the world-famous beachside suburb of Palm Beach. Located above exclusive Palm Beach, a 3-minute drive from the beach-front and a seven-minute walk. There is a goat track at the end of the street for a quick bush scamper down to the beach or park.
There are fabulous cafes and restaurants in Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon and Newport. Plus, the ferry operates all year round and can take you on a lovely day trip to Church Point or across to the Basin, Wagstaffe and other places along the Central Coast.
Getting Around
A car is considered essential. The bus does run frequently but a car is recommended.
